Overall, we had a great stay. Positive: The location, clean facilities, and friendly and helpful staff. Negative: Nothing much but the sounds that the water pump (?) makes whenever you flush the toilet is a bit loud.

Great location and value. Book one of the larger suites for luxury stay Positive: The location was great. Easy walking distance to old part of Athens and the Parthenon. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Self checkin was simple. We booked three rooms for six of us. Two larger rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Negative: Smaller room Athena? Needed the fridge to be defrosted, the kettle leaked and the bed was saggy. Otherwise the room was good. I did notify the owner of the issues so hopefully something will be done.

The location is great, and its easy to get to all the popular locations within walking distance. Positive: The location was great, and its easy to get to all the popular locations within walking distance. The staff are also very responsive and helped me with an issue in the room immediately. The bedding duvet was very comfortable, but the bed was a little to soft for me. It was still comfortable overall. Negative: I do think the room could benefit from a full length mirror, possibly near the wardrobe. The chair is also too low to be able to work at the counter in my room. There could also be a little shelf near the door (under the TV) to place wallet and handbag etc...

Location, location, location Positive: The best location. Everything was top-notch and would highly recommend. Although no reception desk, the manager was prompt in replying to queries via whatsapp. Negative: I had a bit of trouble getting in. I was looking for the instructions on email, meanwhile they came in on WhatsApp.
